New Fiction Book by Dr. Steven Orebaugh Published

A new fiction book by Steven L. Orebaugh, MD, The Stairs on Billy Buck Hill, was recently published. The book is Dr. Orebaugh’s second published work of fiction after his debut book, A Night in the Life, was released in 2016.
