Research, Clinical, and/or Academic Interests

Dr. Kotcher was drawn to a career in general surgery due to a longstanding academic interest in gastrointestinal disease. Her current research interests include perioperative outcomes such as pain management and sleep quality in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
