Welcome to Antoinette Orsino, who has accepted the position of Senior CRNA Director in the Department of Anesthesiology. Toni will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and financial oversight of our large CRNA group, working collaboratively with our executive leadership, site chiefs, CRNA directors, and our UPMC partners.
Prior to accepting the role, Toni was the Clinical Director of Anesthesia for the Fayette Physician Network in Uniontown, PA. Before that, she was the Regional Practice Director for Sheridan Healthcare and West Penn Anesthesia Associates, responsible for anesthesia operations of the Mid-Atlantic Region, including VA, WV, MD, and PA. Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1985, a Certificate of Anesthesia from Westmoreland-Latrobe School of Anesthesia in 1992, and a Masters of Business Administration from Waynesburg University in 2008.
Toni brings over 23 years of experience in the management of anesthesia operations of multiple facilities, an impressive track record of strategic planning/management, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for taking on new challenges.
