Congratulations to our resident Amanda Deis, MD, whose team’s quality improvement (QI) project, “Contaminated Sharp Injury Among Anesthesia Residents,” was selected as a poster at the 2nd Annual GME (Graduate Medical Education) Quality and Safety Symposium on September 4, 2019 at the University Club. Team members on Dr. Deis’ project were Phillip Adams, DO and David G. Metro, MD, FASA. Posters on display will be judged for a chance to win one of two monetary awards.
