Jennifer Fleegle-Vistas, MSN, CRNA, has accepted the role of Assistant CRNA Clinical Director of UPMC Presbyterian/Montefiore Hospitals effective October 9, 2022.
Jennifer has been a CRNA at UPMC Presbyterian since 2008, where she is a member of the trauma/transplant, neuroanesthesia, and ERAS initial rollout teams, as well as a charge CRNA and Student Nurse Anesthetist Clinical Coordinator. Earlier this year, she completed the quality improvement project Improving the Preoperative Process of Chart Review and Consent Completeness in partnership with Dr. Peter Ritchie. In addition to her role as a CRNA, Jennifer is an adjunct faculty member in the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing Nurse Anesthesia Program and presents numerous didactic lectures. She is a member of the UPMC Office of Advanced Practice Providers Mentoring Program and has served the community as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and Community Outreach Representative for a local dance studio.
Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing Nurse Anesthesia Program and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. She has received several awards during her career, including the Pennsylvania Association of Nurse Anesthetists Clinical Instructor of the Year Award, multiple Cameos of Caring Awards, and the Mary DePaolis-Lutzo CRNA of the Year Award from the University of Pittsburgh Nurse Anesthesia Program.
