We are pleased to share that our resident Henry Paiste, MD (PGY-3), has been recognized with a "Pitt Med Professionalism Accolade" in recognition of his exemplary conduct during the Spring 2024 Anesthesiology Clerkship. This honor was awarded based on high praise from a University of Pittsburgh medical student who experienced Dr. Paiste's professionalism firsthand.
The accolade was submitted through the Pitt Med PAIR program, an initiative that allows University of Pittsburgh medical and graduate students to recognize individuals for their extraordinary professionalism and dedication to the service of others.
The medical student who nominated Dr. Paiste shared the following:
“Dr. Paiste was an outstanding resident. He spent time patiently explaining procedures, drawing diagrams, and answering any questions that I had.
