We will present 19 abstracts at ASRA’s 47th Annual Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine Meeting on March 31-April 2, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Four abstracts noted below (two by Jacques E. Chelly, MD, PhD, MBA, et al.; one by Zahraa Majeed, MB ChB, et al.; and one by Alexander Varzari, MD, and Gaurav Chauhan, MD) were recognized as highlighted President’s Choice abstracts and will be showcased on the ASRA Pain Medicine and ePostersLive websites, as well as recognized in an upcoming article of ASRA Pain Medicine News.

  • Stephen Orebaugh, MD, is the lead faculty member on the Hands On Workshop Block Pack: Blocks for Knee Surgery, which will be held on March 31 (WS-03, 8:15 am - 9:45 am; WS-12, 3:45 pm- 5:15 pm) and  April 1 (WS-19, 2:15 pm - 3:45 pm)
  • Dr. Orebaugh will present “What are the Important (Primary) Outcomes to Include in My Projects?” as part of the PS-05b Parallel Session: You Blinded Me with SCIENCE on April 2, 8:00 am - 9:30 am
  • Dr. Orebaugh is also serving on the meeting’s Scientific Review Committee who reviewed and scored all the abstracts.
  • Beverly Pearce-Smith, MD, is an associate faculty member on the Hands On Workshop Block Pack: Blocks for Abdominal Surgery on March 31 (WS-06, 10:00 am- 12:00 pm) and April 1 (WS-16, 10:15 am-12:15 pm)
