The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Annual Meeting is a major department event, with an impressive number of medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty members presenting every year. The 2016 meeting will be held from October 22-26 in Chicago, IL. Department members will deliver 65 presentations. Additionally, 20 faculty members and three residents will serve on ASA and ASA-related committees.
The department’s yearly alumni reception at is scheduled for Sunday, October 23rd from 6-9 pm at the Hyatt Regency Conference Center. Invitations have been sent to all alumni. Please direct questions regarding the alumni reception to AnesEducation@upmc.edu.
