Bethany Hyde Named Assistant CRNA Clinical Director at UPMC St. Margaret

Bethany D. Hyde, MSN, CRNABethany D. Hyde, MSN, CRNA, has accepted the role of Assistant CRNA Clinical Director at UPMC St. Margaret / UPMC Harmar Outpatient Center, effective June 2, 2024.  Bethany brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in patient care to this pivotal role.

Having served as a CRNA at UPMC St. Margaret since 2017, Bethany has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. Notably, she has played a key role as the Pitt student registered nurse anesthetists’ clinical coordinator, fostering the growth and development of future anesthesia professionals.

Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Bethany's influence extends to academia, where she serves as an adjunct faculty member in the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing, Nurse Anesthesia program. Her passion for mentoring and shaping the next generation of healthcare providers underscores her unwavering commitment to excellence.

Bethany holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated summa cum laude. Her academic excellence has been recognized through awards such as the Keeper of the Light Award and the University Scholar Award.
