
We were well-represented at the 2022 American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM) Annual Meeting, which was held March 17-20 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Fernando Brea-Parrilla, MD, presented the following posters:

Trent D. Emerick, MD, MBA, FASA, participated in the AAPM/MIT Hacking Medicine Innovation Challenge as a finalist for his Vanish Biodegradable Stimulator project.
Ajay D. Wasan, MD, MSc, participated in the sessions “Behavioral Mechanisms in Pain and Analgesia” and “Digital Precision Pain Care: Assessment, Treatment, and Monitoring” and was presented with the AAPM Distinguished Service Award for his commitment and extraordinary contributions to the academy.
