William Simmons, MD, will present the C.F. Reynolds Medical History Society Annual Ravitch Lecture on his "Journey to Medicine" on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 6pm. Dr. Simmons will describe his history-making life and career, from being the first in his family to attend college, to excelling as one of the few Black physicians in his chosen fields of anesthesiology and pediatrics, to giving back as a community leader in Pittsburgh.
